Dental Assistant and Whitening Specialist in Acton, MA
I graduated from Mount Wachusett Community College in 2018 with high honors and with dual degrees in both Allied Health and Dental Assisting. I went to dental assisting school as a gateway to eventually go to dental hygiene school, but as I began to work as an assistant, I was happy with my role that I played in patients’ care. I enjoy helping the Dr with treatment, and I love being there to help guide a patient through the Dr’s treatment plan. Overall, I really enjoy helping people.
I gained a lot of experience working for a very busy multi-specialty office where I got to work directly with general dentists, prosthodontists and periodontists. I also was chosen to become the office’s teeth whitening specialist and earned a certification in whitening to add to my skills. As I developed the whitening program in the office it became very successful and gained the attention from some well-known individuals in the industry. Because of this I was asked to speak at the annual ADA’s annual convention in Las Vegas on this topic. It’s a passion of mine to help patients attain a smile they are proud of!
When not in the office I love spending time with my husband and 2 girls! We like to go on day trips, hikes and kayak as a family. I also really enjoy painting and photography and in my spare time like to work on projects.
