Our office is committed to providing you and your family with the highest quality affordable dental care. We believe in transparency of dental costs and will provide you with an insurance and treatment estimate before your treatment, so you will not have to worry about surprises. Your dental insurance benefits may not cover all the dental care you need however, which can have an impact on the overall success of your treatments.
We understand that everyone’s financial situation may be different and believe everyone should receive the dental care they need to maintain optimal oral health. We offer a variety of dental payment and financing options and participate with most major insurance plans to make it as easy as possible for our patients to receive the best dental care when they need it. Please review all options below and contact us with any questions.
All payments are due at time of service unless prior financial agreements have been arranged. This includes estimated insurance co-payments and deductibles. Services that may include a lab fee will require 50% of the payment at the first visit and the remaining balance due at treatment completion. We accept cash, checks, debit cards and all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as well as Apple Pay.

We accept all other insurance plans as an out-of-network provider. As a courtesy to our patients we will call in for insurance estimates and file your insurance claims for you. Please note that these are estimates and there is no guarantee that your insurance will pay exactly as estimated. You are ultimately responsible for any cost not covered by insurance.

In partnership with CareCredit, North America’s leading patient payment program, we are able to offer our patients up to 24 months of no-interest payment for their dental treatments. With this option, you can start your treatment immediately then pay for it over time with convenient low monthly payments that are able to fit into your monthly budget.

If you are a patient without dental insurance, or your circumstances have changed due to retirement, a loss of your job, salary and/or dental benefits, we have you covered. We have our own membership plan that covers all your preventative care and allows you to save on many other procedures. It is a simple and budget-friendly dental plan offered directly from our practice—so you can access the care you want and deserve. No insurance headaches, deductibles, plan limits, denials of claims or pre-authorization requirements.
