Oral Hygiene & Prevention Specialists

I have been in the dental field for over 13 years. I started off as a Dental Assistant and from there I went on to further my career and education by graduating from Mount Wachusett Community College for my Dental Hygienist degree. I am proud to say that I am one of the only two out of my entire class to get a 99% on my clinical national board exam. I look forward to helping others with their oral health and spreading as much information to my patients as possible.

While off the clock, I truly love spending time in the kitchen, cooking up anything and everything. Food gives me joy, solace and brings me back down to earth. My favorite activities include going to the beach, going for a run or hiking with my better half. I’m also into exploring and I hope to get better acquainted with travel.

If I had to write down everything I ever wanted in a job and in an office to work for, it would be this exact position and in this beautiful office. I couldn’t feel more lucky to have worked with Dr. Tufa in the past and to now again be here at Acton Smile Hub working alongside these brilliant and caring people. I’m happy to call this place my home.

I became a Dental Hygienist because I have always been interested in oral health as it is a key component of one’s overall well-being. My goal is to provide my patients with high-quality care in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere.

I earned my Dental Hygienist degree from Mount Wachusett Community College. I graduated with highest honors and received Curriculum and Alumni Scholarship awards. I am also an active member of the American Dental Hygienists Association to stay current with the latest advances in dental hygiene.

I have prior Dental Hygienist and Dental Assistant experience working in a busy, multi-specialty dental practice.

I grew up in Poland and speak Polish fluently. As a child and young adult, I spent my free time in my mom’s restaurant helping her prepare traditional Polish dishes where I learned a lot about cooking but also learned about providing a satisfying customer experience. This is a lifelong skill that I have found useful in all my adult endeavors.

When I am not working, my husband and I are often at a hockey rink or softball field cheering on our children. We enjoy family walks with our cavapoochon dog, skiing, and day trips around New England. And, of course, I am still cooking the traditional Polish dishes and other international food, skills that I enjoy passing on to my children.

I am pleased to be working in a caring and patient-centered environment where I can provide all of my patients with high-quality, state-of-the-art dental hygiene care.

I attended Worcester State University where I earned my Bachelors of Science in Public Health and played Women's Lacrosse. I furthered my education at Cape Cod Community College where I earned my Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. During my time in Dental Hygiene school, I worked as a Dental Assistant, where I gained valuable experience about the restorative side of dentistry. I chose Hygiene because I am passionate about educating my patients about cavity prevention and how to maintain a healthy mouth and body!

Outside of Acton Smile Hub, I keep busy with family and friends! I could quite literally shop til I drop, watch rom-coms forever, and eat pizza for every meal. Some things I love endlessly in this life are my dog Hunter, sunsets, music, New Girl, sushi, beaches, mountains, dessert, going for walks, and being happy.

Working with Dr. Tufa I have already been exposed to innovative technology in the dental field and I'm excited to further my education here. I look forward to working alongside the staff of Acton Smile Hub and building lifelong relationships with my patients. Couldn’t be more proud to be a part of this team!
